There is a common belief that I hear people say often! Way too often. I hear people say that there is no way to not live in a painful body; people speak as if this is normal and to be accepted. What I know to be true is that we can all live in a comfortable and pain free body and in fact, it is how we are meant to be. I have been doing Feldenkrais for over 20 years and now also practice Belief Re-patterning. The combination of these two learning methods has been powerful and I am now combining them in my sessions with amazing results.
