movement and the brain

People often ask what I do.  I tell them that I use movement to change the brain.  But it is specific movement: movement with attention, slow movement, subtle movement, movement with lots of variation, movement with attention, movement without goals.  These are the essentials for neuromovement.  Anat Baniel has called these aspects of movement the 'essentials'.

Did you know that a lot of the brain is busy with movement.  This makes a great opportunity to access the brain through movement!

I am in Calgary and have an office where I see children and adults and I give Feldenkrais and Anat Baniel Method lessons.
